Skorpio’s Newark, Ohio

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Newark, Ohio, whether I pick falafel, tsatziki dip and pitas, lamb gyro, Greek salad, Greek fries, or baklava, I’m down for Skorpios Gyros and their “betta with fetta” motto.  One of my favorite things about eating in at Skorpios is seeing and getting to chat with the greeter, Gino.  His big smile, experiencing his friendly customer service, and enjoying his sense of humor provides customers with a delightful dine-in experience.  Gino is the kind of greeter and customer service representative everyone wants: happy, wants to make your day better, and has an infectious smile and positive outlook.

Often, I repeatedly go to lunch with a co-worker and more often than not, we choose Skorpios as our afternoon local scrumptious spot.  I have introduced two people to Skoripos, where they tasted lamb for the first time.  Both individuals liked the unique and tasty flavor.  With its quality food, friendly staff, and authentically Greek menu, Skorpios is definitely a locally recommended eating destination.
