We baked a BBQ chicken pizza using a homemade crust without yeast, Kroger’s KC Style & The Original barbecue sauces (mixed the two), cilantro, pulled chicken, Mezzetta’s peperoncini (medium heat), and Kroger’s Colby Jack shredded cheese. Initially, we tried to use our oven, but it stopped working, so we improvised and switched to our natural gas grill; the pizza turned out really well. The crust was perfect, we think with the help of the gas grill. The blend of all of the ingredients was quite tasty.
For dessert, we indulged in our current addiction of Kroger’s Private Selection brand’s Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream. It’s so creamy and smooth that it’s close to being gelato. The chunks of cheesecake are a heavenly blast of flavor to the tastebuds. We give all products and the meal in its entirety two thumbs up!
